What a busy year it has been for our family. From a huge step forward for DeWitt Photos to an unexpected move to Colorado, we haven't always had a lot of time to slow down and appreciate the little things in life.
The holiday season is always a time of the year that we are bonded again as a family. We spend time eating together, watching movies, shopping, but most of all, just laughing and enjoying the time we have. From picking out our real Christmas tree today to taking a few minutes for a photo, I was reminded of the little things.
Don't get me wrong, life still happens-I still cuss trying to get the tree into the stand and I never get the lights just right. Amidst it all nobody was on the computer, playing video games, or at work...we were a family.
